Theme: Chinese Toys and Games (Crouch End)

Time: 9.30 am - 12.00 nn

We will make Chinese traditional toys and have fun with Chinese games, such as a chopstick pistol and a monkey drum. While making and playing, children will listen to only Mandarin and learn immersively.

 Theme: When Mandarin meets Drama… (Swiss Cottage)
Time: 1.30 pm - 4.00 pm

Children will learn to speak in an accurate Mandarin pronunciation with variations of expressions, gestures, and tones while doing drama play. We will also develop their skills in confidence, independence, creativity, and imagination through games of performing arts. The course is not only for an outgoing child, but also a shy child can build up the confidence and learn to co-operate with others. Chinese plays such as Beijing Opera, shadow puppetry, glove puppetry will be also introduced to let children enjoy the plays and arts in China and Taiwan.
